Description

In this collection of poetry, Jamey Boelhower investigates the powerful connection of the past to the life we experience every day. The past is an emotional ghost that he brings to light in these works. Even with some of the darker poems, he shares a sliver of hope in his observations of life. Even though most of the works are free verse, each poem takes the reader on a powerful and unique journey. You may just encounter your own ghosts while enjoying this collection of poems.

Jamey is a husband and father of six children and has spent the past 20 plus years in education as a high school English teacher at Adams Central Junior-Senior High School in Hastings, Nebraska, coach, professional developer, and college instructor.  Janey’s writing expresses his view of the world, both the joy and the pain.  He explores the depths of life with a unique style that challenges the reader to see the world on a deeper level.
