Amy, Karra, Cameron, and Eric head out on their final trip with Ambassadors. Accompanied by their pilot, Joel, and their group leader, Kyle, the four of them land in Peru and travel to a small village along the Amazon river. There, they meet Jason, Kimberly and their son Isaac, who have been working as missionaries among the people. They had been in difficult situations on their past trips, but nothing compared with what they now faced. They need everything they have learned and grown from during their past expeditions to face this new type of dark spiritual battle.
