Susan’s YouTube site for Children

You’re invited to our YouTube page for your children.  I have been reading more and more research on how little children are being read to when they are young, given instead videos to watch. 

I realize that these readings are on “videos” but what I’d like to do through these videos is let children imagine – imagine they are in a classroom setting sitting around me as a teacher and listening to a story that they can then have in their minds as they later lay in bed or have in their minds anytime they have quiet and have a chance to think on the repitition and joy in hearing stories read. 

I will try to add stories weekly that you can let them choose and make their favorites – joining in their minds the group of zoo animals that I am reading to in their videos!  Susan
